Mesai was born in Karaköy as a unique meeting point—bringing together the fire-lit warmth of ocakbaşı culture with the city’s modern nightlife. Inspired by tradition, we reimagine classic flavors through contemporary presentations and a dynamic atmosphere, quickly building a loyal community of regulars with a spirit all its own.

After a long pause, Mesai is coming back to life in its new home in Gümüşsuyu. The scent of glowing embers, the joy of sharing, and the real moments spent around the table remain the timeless elements that define the Mesai soul. While we blend iconic ocakbaşı flavors with modern touches, our evenings flow into the night through music, lighting, and a carefully crafted space.
